The best fourth of July every

Normally every 4Th of July (except two years ago we took the kids and their friends to see the Galaxy game before David Beckham got here and the ticket prices went through the roof) we go to Santa Barbara to take the kids swimming, rent bikes to ride or in my kids cases fall off of, walk along the pier and eat food have fun until it's time for the fireworks show.

This year before we went hubby. Eric and I had to make a little detour down to Hollywood or Hollyweird as the Californians call it, to meet a woman and her husband whom I have become close to over the years. We met in and Autism Group and few years back and have been through some of the strangest things together you would never believe but as other friendships dwindled away we stayed strong along with two other good friends of our. She and her hubby came down from Oregon to attend and wedding and we decide to meet in the Wood hehe it was like meeting the sister I never had and always wanted, it was like we had known each other for years and it was wonderful. My son Eric loves them especially her husband hehe, and my husband who is not one to warm up to new people sigh.

He was very receptive to and enjoyed their company and always ask how they are doing, Our time together rather short was perfect and hopefully one day we will meet again all of our kids can get together and have a blast.
